I already subscribe to B.yond and it also told me installation within 10 working days.

From above post, I need wait 2 weeks for activation? or 24 hours? Why so slow.... means during that period, I got no channel to watch?

Already over 10 days. Still no installation for my Astro B.yond. sad.gif

I subscribe on 1/Jan/2010, still no one is calling my sis phone and came for installation sad.gif Already plenty times me and my sis calling Astro. They said will push them but still no one is calling us for installation! sad.gif

Any gurus here can help?

Just call them 1/2 hour ago, they said my local site already receive the Astro B.yond set and on schedule install tmr morning. biggrin.gif ... now happy a bit smile.gif

Is ok smile.gif, yup, Astro lastly call my sister to confirm the installation is on tomorrow and Astro will call again's confirm the installation is place on time.

Regarding the activation, we do ask the CS why certain customer is facing on a week or more for activating, Astro respond said their system already upgrade and you possibility can get the activation within 24 hours biggrin.gif

Now just wait for tomorrow smile.gif

My sister just inform me the Astro B.yond already install and get activate on the spot! wow! So happy now biggrin.gif

Tonight go back can see already biggrin.gif
