I have a chinaphone..it looks cool,the battery cover is made of steel, dual sim,tv,radio,11 MP cam(no kidding)...and it magically does not have "Sent Items" |

first off, you have to ask urself.. did RIM/Nokia patent/trademark/copyright those designs SUCCESSFULLY? if NOT, then even i can make a phone that 'looks' like a blackberry but isnt. |

I think CSL is China government owned. Companies that are government owned like Petronas can do anything. That's why Petronas can sell petrol to Iran and not care about US sanctions on Iran.
