not the same name.

Plus internally they are not composed of the same thing.

did RIM/Nokia patent/trademark/copyright those designs SUCCESSFULLY? if NOT, then even i can make a phone that 'looks' like a blackberry but isnt.

I think CSL is China government owned. Companies that are government owned like Petronas can do anything. That's why Petronas can sell petrol to Iran and not care about US sanctions on Iran.
