QUOTE(gs20 @ Nov 7 2010, 12:14 PM) Oic! If I on the data connection without data plan, the data will be charged under my postpaid bill? If not mistaken for data you can be charged up to max RM250/month, so better be careful if you don't have data plan. It is advisable to subscribe to data plan if you are using any smartphones which tend to automatically update quite frequently or you can turn off your data connection.

My credit limit is RM 100. My phone line was barred yesterday so I suspect something wrong with the phone that I bought few days ago.
Anyway, the signal strength is exceptionally weak on Wildfire as compared to my Nokia 2600.

QUOTE(gs20 @ Nov 7 2010, 11:50 AM) Newbie here. I didn't subscribe to any data plan, just got my postpaid Maxis plan only. At home I go online with WIFI, but how come when I go outside I can still go online with the phone? And it show a "H" icon on top. H means u're connected to paid connection~ should be HSPA~ i'm wondering the same here~ i got postpaid plan and wonder whether they will bill data seperately or bill the RM50 value plan monthly that is allocated for my SIM~ I asked a nearby Maxis counter here but they aren't sure and the operator for customer service can only answer how to disconnect and have no idea how it is billed... zzz~
