Do anyone here already collected key for Block 1

Feel sad with the defect. My unit windows is crack. Not one is three windows.

When the vp, on my unit open the door first thing we saw is the windows crack. Feel very up sad. Already pass the defect list form to.them but until now windows still not yet changes.

Did anyone here know the Mah Sing GM email? My units defect Isn't start the rectification work. I cannot accept my units with the window crack. When VP first shot saw is window crack. Feel disappointed with it. Today is going to 19 days we waited. They Just respond in rectifying.

Do anyone know how to do with the window crack when VP. Suppose VP they make sure the units is in good condition before handling..
That day when open the door firstly saw the window crack, we feel shock that the vendor got do any inspection? Why got window crack.like that and want us to collect key? If this situation happen to u what u will do? We waiting and waiting for them changes the window but answer is in progress or in rectifying..
Who can stand for this..

If the management there can do the best for ours buyer that more good..but they don't..they just ask us to patiently wait...if u at my situation what u will feel..
Who can stand for this with the units condition like this..not just a little defect..it is window crack. I didn't say the building is not good..all facilities is nice...but we purchase it with money..sure will not satisfied..

when handling they promise will done it in one week or two...so we accept it.
Then u thought it is just a little defect...then wish u next times u brought a units with the same matter...just see u got what feel and hope u got patiently wait lo.

We brought this with money...if without money they will sell? Who can patience with that window..this not problem of defect..all property will have defect when VP. The problem now is when VP they hang to us with window crack. The window crack 2 ft long. U can accept?? With 2ft long crack? Not one window is more than two..
How many property investment u get or many experiences u get,?
Telling the truth other property we brought will not have this situation..they respond fast..and rectification work start within one week after the defect form list is pass to them.

We not complain here...we ask some opinion who else is know Mah Sing GM email. We are tell the truth what they do and let other know.
I think u the one spy from Mah Sing.

We saying here will expectation for someone who know or how to solve. Maybe someone is completed the defect will give some opinion how to do.
As I told from previous comment...We are not complain the building is not nice or what..or complain what blah blah blah..we cannot patienly that promise us will done within one or two weeks.
Someone is telling us to take some chill pill....that make us that is the spy here..

The glass problem not from wind load or vibration or movement...the upper building is still in progress..when working they drop some objects and they forget to close the units window from below..that is the problem..

They will replace but didn't know when. Firstly they promise will fix it within one or two weeks..now already three weeks we waited..not yet started the rectification work.
We from far, it difficult for us for coming through KL. We got mailing and call them for respond of this..but they not respond us as well.. two days respond us one time with the answer is in rectifying..
