QUOTE(accetera @ Oct 29 2011, 12:20 AM) hello Cyrus.. we talking about M City lah. Stick to topic. Concept is good. Branding is there. Address Jalan Ampang add glamour. But this is not the glamour part of Jalan Ampang. Across the road Korea town is turning into Iranian town soon. >RM1000psf for this part of town, all I can say is God bless you

Hampshire Place, Hampshire Residence, and MyHabitat all still relatively new and is all walking distance to Ampang Park LRT and <1km to KLCC still can get <RM1000psf.
Need to pray hard hard for a place 5km away from KLCC and not nearby any LRT to go above RM1000psf

For RM3k+ an expat/yuppie can easilly rent a very nice studio/1bedroom just next to KLCC or walking distance to Pavillion.
They can also get a slightly older but also decent 2bedroom in KLCC and Bukit Bintang for RM3k+
So for the same price, how many will choose to stay in the city center and how many will prefer to stay 5km away without any LRT/MRT?

QUOTE(1lima @ Nov 9 2011, 05:37 PM) Bro, sure boh...... golden segitiga. Here is an excerpt of the segitiga: "Known as Kuala Lumpur's commercial, shopping and entertainment hub, the Golden Triangle is actually a large area that encompasses a number of major streets. Three roads - Jalan Imbi, Jalan Sultan Ismail and Jalan Raja Chulan form a triangle which borders the entire Golden Triangle area. Here, towering scrapers, shopping malls and world-class hotels pierce the landscape." Source: http://www.kuala-lumpur.ws/klareas/golden.htmYup, this place is very far outside the Golden Triangle. GT consist of the CBD and main shopping district. Even the Embassy Row is not considered Golden Triangle. This is actually at the border of KL city and Selangor lah

QUOTE(csvlee @ Nov 19 2011, 05:09 PM) Just back from MS sales office. Total about 30% sold, as can be seen. Sales are concurrently being done in other countries, so according to sales staff about 50% sold. Had a chat with the sale guy, apparently the project price is because of the POSSIBLE MRT station in Ampang Point. Thats only proposed but they have probably factored it into the price. I really hope it happens. Most of the 1 -2 room units sold. [attachmentid=2543580] Even properties with CONFIRMED MRT station under FIRST phase of MRT development also not selling at this sort of price. This development only with "Possible" MRT already selling so high.
