Agree with Dark Knight. Unless you have a super strong cash flow and holding power and willing to hold for another 5-10yrs.

launching were around 800-1000 depending on unit. Now hovering around 1000-1200 actually. But still not making money after 4-5yrs. Sucks big time really.

wonder why they keep on building studio, small apartment (which is already over supply) but not offices and commercial buildings. The over supply at Jln Ampang is really worrying.

Hopefully both my tenants at MSuite will stay for a few more years. Sigh.

to be frank I don't see any major project or development happening in Jalan Ampang. They are focusing on Imbi, Pudu, Bkt Bintang area, I have made a wrong investment back in 2010 and still not making any profit now.... sad.gif Good timing but wrong investment sad.gif TQ MS!
