what does no deposit mean ?

No I do not work for Speedrent, but I believe they are a disrupter, along the line of Uber and Airbnb.
I'm just a big fan of their business model. Whether they succeed or not, it's a big question - as they do assume a certain amount of credit risk.
For the landlord, your risk is as good as renting to any tenant on the street.  You don't like the profile, you don't like the person, you don't have to rent.

On the question of an agent subletting it out, you as Landlord - do sign an agreement with the tenant on their obligation and do's and dont's of the tenant.

So I suggest you guys do some homework first, before crying hoohaaa over the "no deposit" proposition.

Hi i do not have this clause. Just pass the key for defects and they will return u after defects done.
I thought everything would have done ready before VP.

Even the duplex units looks like they have plaster alcoves and they seem to be hanging the curtains there just fine, so I must be missing something.

Do you guys know what is Mortgagee sale? Mortgagor default on the loan and banks have to put up the property for auction. Property market has cycles, just have to wait for this tide to be over.
The noise here is toxic. Stirrers are plentiful. It is my choice. I am buying for investment and future appreciation. Mcity has a fantastic pool n view . My unit is facing the lake. I will not sell it for now even if i make a profit.
