QUOTE(ShrugsLova @ Nov 4 2010, 04:00 AM) webOS is something new, never had the chance to read about it..on some exam crisis here: but pathetically i spend more than 4 hours on IM just now, darn!! hehe no need delete both phone got pros and cons to compare.i see that coming too..seriously aspire, N8 really fail to attract me..the design maybe a little. the camera maybe a little. that's all (should i deleted this before aspire see it?) 1) slim size 2) AMOLED under direct sunlight visible 3) Better battery life even at 1200mAh due to AMOLED and capacitive touch ( Imagine N9 with 1500mah u definately can amazing battery life) 4) Multi touch support 5) Amazing camera with xenon flash 6) backward compatible with symbian ^1 apps and games 7) WebTV 8) OTG support from the box 9) HDMI output beside this Nokia N900 wins N8 in all angles Added on November 4, 2010, 8:33 am QUOTE(mashimarow @ Nov 4 2010, 06:36 AM) depend who is using it, for me, N8 lack of physical keyboard and locked battery has failed to attract me the physical keyboard disappoints me too but locked battery if it have good battery life why do u wanna take it out? This post has been edited by aspire2oo6: Nov 4 2010, 08:33 AM |

QUOTE(mashimarow @ Nov 4 2010, 08:59 AM) smartphone like a pc, when there is a time something crash and shut off is the only way, unless N8 has a reset system, else locked battery will continue provide power to the phone hence as a warm reboot, not a hard reboot. Another bad point is, when you are out of battery and there is no charger around, you can't swap battery true thats why today there are alot high capacity portable charger. Keep take in and out also got pros and cons.Added on November 4, 2010, 9:00 am just like windows, try ctrl+space to switch language input? last note is mscim will crash the virtual keyboard, not sure PR1.3 fix it or not, I don't have phone on hand to test it Like i always swap my 5800XM battery with my nokia N900 battery. It have a master reset by holding 8 sec of the power button |

QUOTE(hengguowei @ Nov 4 2010, 10:57 AM) First, I'm not sifu geng sifu u got the idea from the video they use light to draw lines. Aamzing. Sadly Nokia N8 dont even have such optionit's very easy, just use FCAM... Exposure adjust to 1s (that's the longest we can get from FCAM but the longer the better) ISO adjust to 100 (lowest) to prevent noise due to lowlight (actually no light then get inside a room, with no lights to interfere the image... get an LED torch or something that has specific lights...when your partner snap the photo move the light quick (draw patterns you want) but I snapped that image from a mirror cause nobody was holding the camera for me... that's about all |

The reason to rename is to make it simple for people to understand so in X-terminal u do not need to type the entire file name and the longer the filename more space of error.
