hi eric...thanks for fixing my headlamp and fog lamp hid yesterday...changed from big ballast to slim ballast...

the colors are the same now but last nite i noticed that the brightness of the headlamp is lower,compared to the thick ballast...i did reallign my headlamp and cleaned them but still same results,...the light cut off is also less clearer compared to the thick ballast...hope u can help me solve this...

anyway,still a very good seller,awesome after sales service...hahaha

Update: I stand corrected, excellent after-sales service too. There was a minor miscommunication because TS cahnged his contact number already, so I was texting his staff instead.

Met up with TS at petronas, initially thought it was ballast problem so he changed BOTH for me to new ones. But it still didn't light up, then TS changed the bulb for me too. And explained why I didn't get replies from his old number.

Tl;dr : TS excellent service. Warranty claimed better than expected and helped me reinstall.

I really like to take a chance here to thanks the contribution by the Eric (TS) again, my myvi fog light wiring broke down and caused Eric to travel 2 times to figure out the pbl.

Eric just did what am i requests for assistance without blaming anything. Eric is providing very excellent after sales service too.
