15-months warranty? You get ignored when inquiring.

Update: I stand corrected, excellent after-sales service too. There was a minor miscommunication because TS cahnged his contact number already, so I was texting his staff instead.

Met up with TS at petronas, initially thought it was ballast problem so he changed BOTH for me to new ones. But it still didn't light up, then TS changed the bulb for me too. And explained why I didn't get replies from his old number.

Tl;dr : TS excellent service. Warranty claimed better than expected and helped me reinstall.
