I will do my minor renovation to my new house. And i want to get your suggestion on electrical wiring wiring and cctv/data cabling.
What i have read is someone advice not to have electrical wiring and cctv/data cabling in one same conduit. OK But can i have one conduit for electrical wiring and another conduit for cctv/data cabling in same 'longkang' at my wall? Both conduit will be in my wall plaster. |

QUOTE(coconutzz @ May 30 2012, 10:10 AM) Hey bro...sorry I read wrongly...I tot you were referring to separate Conduit for CCTV and Alarm..only oopss...As for CCTV/Alarm, vs Electrical wiring...it is advisable to be on a different path..sorry for the wrong info...by right CCTV or Alarm cabling will be on a different path and electrical wiring...thats the standard.. In simple words. Data cable (Alarm/CCTV) can't be in same path with electrical wiring. Is it correct? |
