My one is cheap one. But the word didn't fade away at all. I need to replace till the third one only can last that long. The first one got problem after 2week. Replace the second but not last long too. All under warranty. So far 3yrs using no problem at all. Nothing to replace.

Remember not to switch off the main power after use. Let the fan cool down the inside part and when the fan is off, than only switch off the power.

The last I know about 1 gas tong cost RM14.50. That is 8yrs ago. Now so expensive liau. sweat.gif

can anyone show me how the induction cooktop power plug look like. I'm about to start renovation project soon, would like to install a power point for the kitchen that supports cooktop. preferably with the picture. So far I'm guessing is a rounded 3 pin plug something like olden aircond plug look like not sure I'm right or not.

I guess it depends on brand? I surveyed TEKA hobs, both their induction and gas hobs only come with bare wires no plugs given. My electrician have to solder a 3-pin plug onto it.

Usually for induction hobs, majority brands nowdays cut cost by providing you wire. An electrician will be able to add a 3 pin round head plug for you to plug onto your wall socket point which should receive the round head type as well. Additionally, you can also have an off/on heater switch at a higher height for your convenience to on/off your hob whenever not in use so that the ones inside your cabinet below can be left on all the time.
