 gaining weight and muscle, im a beginner

Hi, all muscle guy!

im a ectomorph body type which have very high metabolism, im 22 years old, 175cm, 53kg, with 16%BF, and 4 VF...

i started my weight gain programe from 26 october, and now have gain 9.9lbs (4.5kg), means 7 day gaining 4.5KG..

overall im quite satisfied for the result, i will update with the changes week by week..

so, any ectomorph people share their exp with me?

Can you share your meal plan and exercise plan with me....I am a skinny fat person try to gained weight 1st smile.gif

I am going to.
When I was 15 years old, 175cm, and 52 kg.
I takes up strength training, weight gainers, and eat a lot.
I make until about 70kg in around 1 year. At that time I do barbell squat 70kg for 5 reps.
Now I am 17 years old, 178cm, 74kg and I must make my weight down to 67kg for competition.

To gain weight, I don't suggest you to go too fast.
Max is 3kg per month. Your gain is all fat, if you go too fast.
If you want your gain is all muscle is also very slow, may take you about 3 years to gain 30pounds
if you train consistenly and dieting well.
