2day went to Harvey Norman in IKANO

Got this compare between YAMAHA and PIONEER




Yamaha :

RX-V467 + NS-8390 + NS-P60 = RM3099

Pionner :

HTP-820SW + SUB = RM3099





I really dont know how to choose.

But since Yamaha is TOP 1 .


But i need advise on Pricing and Sound Quality !

Kindly advise TQ

personally I choose Yamaha... been using one (not this model) for ~2 years without problem

RX-V467 + NS-8390 + NS-P60 = RM3099. I think it's reasonable. You may want to buy a sub though... which would put you back another RM1k+.

I tested the Pioneer prior to buying the Yamaha. I picked the Yamaha because I preferred it's sound.. You may want to test them both out and listen for yourself as different people have different preference.

Which speaker set is the Pioneer offering you?
