the download will cos u around rm 1x with bulb .. and installation if it is rm 15 (most of the time rm 10)... it would be still cheaper than rm 400 in total

That's the problem with this renovator. Didn't specify much on this. The information provided to me is the same that I provided here...

The most important thing is that u'r contractor is really reliable person and can "sikit lebih kurang" when u ask to do something...

FR = Foot Run , means cost per every foot.

Downlights are really depends on the quality. Some cheapo won't feel as solid as those selling at $40 each..compare the quality.

For the wall tiles, if it is only the cost of the tiles, it is super expensive.
ie. 198sf . If you are using 1x1 tiles, it means u are paying (2277/198) = $11.5 each!
If you are using 1x2 tiles, it means u are paying (2277/(198/2)) = $23 each!

Best to source for your own tiles IMO.
