It has internal antenna. make sure you have setting it right to use the internal antenna. external antenna is optional.

Hello boss, the router that I bought from you recently is not working now, the situation is exactly like what described at http://forum.mikrotik.com/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=58773.

Whenever I plugged in the power, all the LED lights keep blinking constantly, my computer shows network cable unplugged and I cannot find the WiFi signal at all.

I believe this is a faulty unit, how can I get the warranty replacement?

I also sent you an email about this on yesterday but received no reply yet.

Its up to your usage. If your home doesn't need gigabit lan, rb751u-2hnd is more than enough.

How long is the RMA process? Who is bearing the cost of the delivery?

It has been 7 days after my first email to request for warranty replacement, this seller did not give me any instruction for the RMA process until today.

I got no reply on my email and my posts on LYN here, feel so disappointed with this MikroTik seller.

This seller is not answering me on forum, email and any other method, even my complain here is not answered, as you can read in my previous posts.

I am not putting hope on the warranty replacement now, but all of you should stay away from this seller.

The router that I bought from this seller has just put into use for around one month before it breakdown, I have other MikroTik devices from other sellers used for a few years and they never fails. I doubt the source of the stocks by this seller is legitimate.

It has been 14 days since I complain my faulty unit to this seller, I am not able to return the unit yet.

However, he starts to reply me on 5 days ago and I asked for a editable soft copy form so I can fill it and email back on computer, as I don't have a printer, but it went unanswered again, it was 2 days ago...

I think he took too long to reply an email, several days for a reply.
