would like to ask a few questions . first of all , i had searched all over the net the best i could i am still in a unsure and confused state. too many different sources and infos.
here it is :
for barbell curls , how is the PROPER way to do ? ( srsly , i did like 4x10 and i did not feel any shit ? ) :
-stand straight? or bend knees a lil to reduce pressure impact ?
-when grabbing the barbell/doing the workout, ARM(Right + left ) should stick to the body(beside chest) OR leave 1 inch space?
- any other steps ? proper one..
for push ups and sit ups / crunches ,
- can we do it daily ?
- how many set n rep should we do ( do until tired/ the most we can / fixed rep ) ?
was consuming milk since childhood until.... read tis from somewhere since 2 years ago ; do not drink milk , it will cause some cancer ( stomach cancer if i not mistaken), is it true ? =_= "
