- 1 story can't be convert to 2 stories. You see some even convert to 2.5
- Corner unit with land, need to have 10 feet space, some build till the edge.
- rear level 2 extension can't go to the max, have to leave 5 feets, many extend till to the max.
- By law, front length extension can only reach max to your neighbor wall length. But see some extend 20feet. Very good example the section 14 PJ, near the mosque some house extend front another 20 feet.
