Hi, I plan to buy a subsale house reno without CCC and I am looking for someone can make inquiry if submit the reno plan now for dbkl or MPAJ until ccc what would be the cost. Do you still have the contact with you?

Got the existing layout with you? PM me if interested.. just finish submit 2 dbkl submissions. Other project is waiting for KM (kebenaran merancang) ..that would take sometime to approve. In between i'm kind of free to look into reno submission.
