Here's a person experience with DBKL renovation -

Summary

1. Get recognized draughtman, submit plan to planning department for approval. (2-3 weeks)
2. Draughtman submit structural plan to building department for approval.
3. After approval , renovate (3 months to get this approval)
4. Finish renovate, inspection.
5. 2 weeks after inspection, get CF for the renovation.


Pls get the full quotation if you want to get CF, so the price varies depending on the level of work your contractor wants to do. Most just do step 1 and 2 only. (start renovatation after 2 without approval also can, just get fine)
