Hi All,

May i know where to apply the renovation permit ? My house at serdang heights, seri kembangan. I want to extend my wet kitchen, pls see attached floor plan. the extend area is 22' x 4.5'. My contractor ask me to apply myself but i dun know this kind of thing at all since 1st time buy house.   wish u all can guide me. 

Pls answer my questions below:
1) Where to apply?
2) How much to do this?
3) I need to hire a architect to draw the actual plan for submit?
4) Take how long to approve? I plan to start renovate on 9 March 2011.
5) What document needed?

1) where to get the official resit for rent TONG SAMPAH?
2) existing site photos is only for the extend area or all?

Most of my neighbors not apply for the renovation permit, ask me dun waste time, waste money. But i ask them how if next time selling house? The said next time only find solution. I m not this kind off people, i can't sleep well loh!
