Greatly appreciated if you can provide more info. I am extending my porch and kitchen and my contractor has started work. MPSJ told my son that he needs to get a plan from an architect as MPSJ does nt have a standard plan and their plan is just for moving the letter box pillar. My contractor told me that the architect that he has worked with does not want to provide the plan as he has already started cementing the back part of the house.
Greatly appreciated if anyone can advice or recommend the architect.
