Warranty is the main concern for AP and Brightstar unit... If let say your unit from Indonesia.. How would the shop do?? To claim your BlackBerry warranty.. Since the different is around RM200 I advice to go for Original set... Touch wood if prob later if would make your life easier...

Try do battery pull within 3-4 times in one hour, it should be activated...

Press Options hold for 2 second it will pop out what apps are in using...

You have to enter the apps and press exit... But not all can, some apps need to work in background... I mean system apps...
