Weird. This morning the touch screen has been working ok for nearly 1 hour already.

If I send in, they sure said cannot reproduce. Let me see whether any problem throughout the day today. If happens again, will send tomorrow.

Anyhow, I will call them later today to check.

I called them up. They asked me to try take out the memory card and test. If everything works ok without memory card, then insert back and format using the phone.

If all fails.. walk in and 1 to 1 swap

Power la... I wonder what they do with the old units.. refurbish and give back to ppl like us when change 1 to 1.. hmmm

Hi, anyone know how to transfer or set all our things to the memory card? as the phone memory is too small.. afraid if all the email / music / picture store in the phone memory and the phone will be lag..

Normally all incoming files and attachment will goes to media card.. Other than that must stay in phone for it to work properly including Apps installed...

Yes it is.. Apps are on phone memory and other can be placed at media...

anyone know which celcom branch or blue cube has blackberry torch stock in hand? (Klang/shahalam/puchong/etc)
What should i check before i took back the phone with me?

pls help, i hav not much time looking for any branch or cube that has stock for this device due to working long hours...

go to celcom cube website and start calling and check.

if your line is never activated for blackberry service, not all cube branch can activate it immediately. Eg. 1u's cube cannot, where the curve's cube can. So make sure you call first before driving all the way
