Yours is Celcom Set, right? Have you activated your BlackBerry? If yes then do a battery pull, wait for 3-5 mins and re-insert back the battery and wait for notification/instruction on screen...

need help i cant setup my email accounts...no email account icon in the setup menu...anyone can help?

Normally after email setup and notification will be sent in, you got that already?

Can you try check all folder do it is hidden in any folder or main menu?

before this i think have..but after my bis activate it dissapear...is it celcom user need to configure it online only??..i try online and can configure it..

Try to delete the email inside your phone, then do a battery pull.. After 2-3 mins re-inset back your battery and setup the email again...

It has nothing to do with online configure.. You dont mind which email you are setting up?

the icon in setup---->email account is dissapear...

Open Email go to Menu-Options-General Options and check SMS and Email In-boxes are marked as separate..

On the Home Screen, click on the menu and select "Show All". Make sure that Show all has a check mark beside it..

Do a battery pull wait for 1-2 mins, re-insert battery and your Email Icon should be there..

i have a problem here.. i can't take photo with my bb torch

Just background too many apps running so it respond slow.. Hold the menu button for 5 second a row of running apps will pop out, closed/exit one by one properly and your can use...

i cant sign out or close my facebook.. i worry its sucking my data and cost me bomb later

I think you need to restart your BlackBerry.. It wont deduct your credit if no data were sent even you are on the Facebook page...

hey want to buy this phone but i am not sure whether it will work every where? as i am planning to go Australia and i want my blackberry service to be activated there too...i hope this will work and my problems will be solved...

As long the BlackBerry not locked by any Telco it can be used in Australia and Malaysia...

I am new to blackberry, just got a Torch last night.
would like to know if there's any ways i can get BIS without having to subscribe to SmartPlan?
I am a Supp line under Family plan.

note: is there anything like +RM10 only for BIS. i do not want the unlimited internet access.

i don't think so, unless you take prepaid.

There is no such cheap BIS unless you use Prepaid otherwise min is RM40/month...
