Dear All,

I have not used any BB device before, but will be going to sign up my Torch tomorrow. What are the things that I should check/ask before bringing my new baby home  tongue.gif

Sent back to Brightstar to check the screen wiggle issue. They insist it is normal in many units and do not want to replace the unit or even fix it. So disappointed la. Anybody has this issue as well? Think need to show them more than 50% of sold units have this issue before they would consider replacing the defective units? =p

Do you know which staff attend you in Brightstar???

Torch top slider are much heavier so when too often slide up and down it will loose and wiggle... Logic, right?
