Hi,
I just bought Samsung UA40ES5600. Beautiful LED TV.
However I have a problem logging into my old "My Samsung" account in Samsung Malaysia web site to register my new TV.
It keep giving me error message
" Dear Samsung Customer
Your Email Address and Password does not match in our system".
I tried creating a new "My Samsung " account and the same thing happen.
Do you have problem logging into your "My Samsung " account?
How do you guys register your new Samsung devices online?
TQ

I'm having similar problems logging into Samsung as well. It also says password and email doesn't match. I just tried to register my UA40D5000 TV, and don't know whether it registered properly or not. No confirmation and just a blank screen after I click on "next" after filling in all my details.

Anyone has tried logging into his "My Samsung" account?
Would appreciate your feedback.
kamion, By the way, how much you pay for your UA40D5000?
I thought its already out of production and has been superceeded by UA40EH5000. Why you choose UA40D5000?

Recently I bought the UA40H6400ARxxM basic 3D model.
Try to enable 3D from the Menu but there is no 3D under Picture (Dynamic,Standard, Movie).
Also try to pair the 3D glassess (SSG-5100GB) but unsucessful.
After pressing the power button on top of glassess, the green and red light come on a few sec but there is no notification of connection on the TV screen.
Would appreciate any help or advise to solve above problem so I can watch 3D movies.
TQ

Typically the TV and 3D Active Glasses comes with a paper manual detailing the steps. Glasses need to be paired first with the TV before they can be used.. During the pairing process, the glasses need to be within 19.5 inches of the TV. In order to watch 3D videos, the paired glasses need to be worn and powered on first.. Then Menu > Picture > 3D, select 3D mode. Try to re-pair them again.

Thank you for your help and advise.
I tried as what you suggested and after reading the SSG-5100GB manual, still not successful.
It came with 2 pairs of 3D glasses. I tried both. Press and hold power button, the green and red light blink a few secs but no notification on screen.
I even follow the suggestion on you tube, going to self diagnosis>3D picture>3D glassess pairing but still failed even I tried several times with both pair of glasses.
I even turned off model and router just to eliminate interference but still no pairing.
Any other suggestions that I can try before calling for Samsung repair service?
Thank you again and have a nice day.

No, that is not possible due to Samsung's pairing process and proprietary software & hardware... Tested the A2 Lite remote and the only buttons that work are the directional buttons, qwerty keyboard, enter, back, airmouse activate/deactivate and the menu button (brings up the tool menu).. The airmouse mode does work within the browser to scroll up and down and I believe that's about it.
Hmm, you could perform a full factory reset, get new compatible batteries for the glasses, check if running the latest firmware update and try the pairing process again. Else, I can't think of anything else. If still unresolved, time to call their SC..  smile.gif

Thanks for the advise.
I have checked the batteries with multimeter and both show 3V. So battery is OK
Also its running the latest firmware Ver. 2417.1.
I will do a factory reset and report findings here.
Thanks again.
