Is there a reason why 43 inch though. I believe for sub 1.5k to 2k you can actually get last year model 49 inch Full HD TV (55 inch KU series is even going at 2.something k if you willing to go further and able to find some bargain, you need to hunt hard though, cause the price is random between 2.x k to 3.x k lol).

Anyways both is similar spec on paper, so just go eyeball the showroom unit and see which panel you like better in terms of color.

Do take note that both of the TV you list is 50hz panel, so for PS4, if you play those 60fps games, the panel could not process the additional frames cause hardware limited to 50 hz. (well granted most PS4 games are capped to 30fps, but if FPS games and action games usually there is a 60fps mode)

So if you got some extra money and space, go hunt for last year Samsung KU 6xxx model. 5 series model are all 50 hz panel
