QUOTE(voncrane @ May 22 2017, 04:24 PM) You can associate/link the free subscription to an iFlix account. So upon registering or logging in, the subscription is transferred and can be used n the TV or other devices (up to 5). Haven't done this myself, but a few have.. Read from the dedicated iFlix thread here. heard it too... yet try it on my own

QUOTE(obsidianz @ Jun 26 2017, 12:19 AM) Hi Guys Just got a brand new curved 49" KU6300. There's some faint dark patches everywhere UNDER the panel. Is this normal for 4K LED. My old LCD TV is all white and clean. The dark patches is annoying coz im using it as a PC monitor. BTW im using whitedisplay.com to get the full whitescreen. It doesnt look that bad on the photo. but it's actually damn clear and annoying. Any feedback is really appreciated. Thx Looks abnormal , mine don't have such thing. better call-up warranty if still have This post has been edited by WaNaWe900: Jul 6 2017, 12:21 PM

Guys & Gals... asking if my method correct, watching Netflix on my KU6300 and after a while (few days watching) it's continuous loading. So tried plug an external SSD, since then no more such problems beside movies in it. Just curios is it watching Netflix causing the tv's memory low ? Thanks

QUOTE(#Victor @ Aug 11 2017, 06:16 PM) Sounds like the TV is run out of internal memory which occupied by Netflix streaming files. Supposed it should have storage management to remove the buffered / cached files twice make me call Samsung support after 10pm and they just reset the apps, so need to re-login, setting and so on which not favorable to me

QUOTE(drunkonpiss @ Dec 12 2017, 11:30 PM) Had issues as well with my panel but Samsung was just able to replace the entire thing as it is still under warranty. The whole ordeal took only 7 days or less to be fixed. Pretty fast and efficient in my opinion. Indeed, mine happened dead pixels 1 time and had replacement in 3 days. After almost end of 2 years intermittent line appear and another replacement

QUOTE(#Victor @ Jan 2 2018, 04:39 PM) Anyone have this issue with KU6000 where No Signal pop up window not disappearing despite input signal is already there? This glitch happens randomly, usually during cold start. happened few times with my KU6500 too... best solutions un-plug & plug back HDMI cable is it can lead to some problems in future ?

QUOTE(#Victor @ Jan 3 2018, 03:01 PM) Don't need to unplug and plug back, this will shorten the lifespan of ur cable and HDMI port. Simply just switch off and on the TV will fix the glitch cannot lol... tried few times, the most blank black display mentioned "No Input" This post has been edited by WaNaWe900: Jan 3 2018, 04:36 PM
