Please understand that the TV resolution is 3840x2160 and your video file is 1280x720. Therefore whatever upscaling capability from 720p (HD) to 2160p (UHD) of any UHD TV will be very limited. I owned a 60" KS7000 and watching videos & playing console games at 1080p look really good! But when you use a 720p or lower source, this is when you will see some pixelation which is unavoidable. 

KS7000 is still a very good TV, IMHO. 

Should be okay.. But will never display pq on the same level as a true 4K or Bluray content.

Oh you are one of the lucky ones who managed to buy 60' KS7000. I looked everywhere and couldn't get one. I've been told that Samsung discontinued this model already even though it's a 2016 model. Now only left the 55' version.

I'm wondering too. The minimalist design and picture quality looks so good. What a shame if they really have discontinued it. Hopefully they will come out with a similar one next year during the CES. After falling in love with the KS7000, now other models seem inferior to me d. Sigh....dilemma now

if my budget only allows for either SUHD flat or UHD curve, which one would you guys pick?

But i went and tested both flat and curve using the same source of video.

Flat shows it a very nice TV, no matter how nice, it is still a TV.

Whereas Curve, it gives more lively picture, much better

These few weeks when I have the time I go to the shops...I kinda like curved screen now, especially the prices are cheap now...for Full HD. UHD curved still got some gap

65 " now only 4.7k

Just curved Samsung in general, UHD and Full HD...because only knew about its potential recently plus the price was too high last time to be considered for me in the past
