QUOTE(leperkorn @ Nov 4 2010, 11:50 AM) just finish install garmin and download map from malfreemaps... testing to get position location..quite fast but i think ovi map still faster.. I normally depend on the Garmin/Malfreemaps for the POI. Found that you can export the saved POI into a GPX file which OVI Maps will read and store on your phone. Cool eh?

QUOTE(stimix @ Nov 4 2010, 10:19 AM) Yes for those without 3G plan, it is important to set whatever default internet gateaway from 3G/GPRS to wlan or asking for prompt 1st otherwise you will kena charge kaw-kaw for 3G..for the 1st step: 1) goto main screen>option>Widget to Online switch to offline 2) Menu>web>options>settings>general>Access point >Ask when needed & etc.. not just that go to EVERY sp connection at the "password prompt" there select YES... so it will prompt to key in password (of coz u only need to select yes when prompt as the password already there)...

QUOTE(leperkorn @ Nov 4 2010, 12:09 PM) Welcome to the world of GPS then. You will soon fall in love with it. The Mallfree POI on Garmin are actually very good and you will be surprised that it can recommend some very good scenic locations especially if you are travelling to somewhere you are not familiar with.

Not too pekat and quite aromatic. As for Berkeley, they have the dry type too. I normally prefer the soupy type. And if you are in JB, try out the version there too. The soup is different without so much of herbal ingredients.
