i was stopped by JPJ because the roadtax not clear(the date just cant see) my P sticker on other's car(currently at workshop repair) and that night no place to buy that sticker, asked "head" of JPJ that night those JPJ are from other place so there is no hope for my license, but my license still can use till tempoh end, after that cant renew. must take the test again. but i cannot have any problem untill the tempoh end. if i caught at morning then got hope, they already key into computer.

i checked on http://jpj.myeg.com.my/eservices/frm1Dashboard.jsp that summon kejara point only 2?????????????

when i still a 'P' driver, i pass police road block(night time at kampung road) they did not ask me stop aside direct request to see my ic & license maybe they thought i underage .
after check my license they will lookover if i got the 'P' sticker at front & rear then let me go..
that time my father & my brother car i also go stick the P sticker.

so other 'P' driver take it as lesson, prepare the P sticker to prevent any unwanted thing happen.

There's a reason that probational drivers have to stick the 'P' stickers so that other road users can be wary of them. Exempt from penalty will only defeat the purpose of having the 'P' sticker in the first place.

Ts in order to suspend your license the kejara point must be 10point. I think they bs you la, if license suspend it cannot be used with immediate effect. Just wait tamat tempoh and then try to renew see.

if u somehow got 2 points penalties, maybe u're lucky then, they dont want to suspend ur license.

but saying "because of 2 stickers, not capable to be a driver" is pretty dumb... because i'd say, if you cant even stick 2 piece of plastic means u dont know the importance of it, which means u're not paying attention in the theory class, and how can I expect u to pay attention on the road???

no offense... i understand ur situation, finding a sticker in the middle of night ain't that easy, but you should've make sure the sticker is with you wherever you go...

My friend got caught for not displaying the sticker before. All he got was a summon.

Im not sure but I don't think the police has the right to take away your licence or maybe JPJ more strict.


I thought you said they took your license away, then still can use???

This was the case if you go above 10 kerjara points, could still drive but have to take the test again when your licence expire.

i dont blame jpj 4 this, its juz that TS have 2 be more careful bout this.. saying that ur P sticker's in ur other car in the shop is definitely not an excuse.. the fact that u know bout this but still go on 2 drive juz shows how irresponsible n ignorant u r wit the rules.. im sori TS, but thats juz how i feel..

during my P license days, i dont even have a car, still in school ma.. but i make sure i have that P sticker at all times.. i bought a set n keep it in my wallet juz 4 emergency cases where a situation needs me 2 take the wheels.. normally i would avoid 2 drive al2gether as its not my car, but like i said, 4 emergency cases..

as 4 ur situation, try asking around.. ive heard of couple of frens n frens of frens faced the same issue.. n most of em ended up retakin back their license.. normally wit P drivers, jpj is quite firm n unforgivin..

well,i stick every car i drove when i was a P driver ..just to be sure than be sorry ..haha

maybe JPJ shud put add 30 point kejara for ppl who didnt give signal to overtake/change lane/entering corner coz dis is the major cause of most of the accident rather than focusing on silly reason whether put P or not.

you should make rayuan and provide logic excuse bcos they have the right to take yr licence,,10point for not displaying yr P..
