you dont need a license to buy car. so dont worry, no problem in that.

about your "P license", if im not mistaken you need to wait until your license expire.

then u need to go for all the test from beginning. this is because those who got their P license revoked, are not capable to be a driver.

you can search in JPJ website smile.gif

hmmm, im not sure what that means. perhaps you can ask help from your instructor or driving academy.

but make sure the person is willing to help you and not giving you false info to make you resit the test to earn money.

i second the opinion. rules are rules and it is meant to be follow. if you break the rules, just face the consequences

no wonder malaysia hit the highest road accidents in the world. it is their driver who takes for granted all the law. if jpj tak saman u, nanti u cakap dia makan rasuah la, minum kopi la etc..

anyway sympathy with your situation. best way is to make rayuan. just go to nearest jpj and ask for help sure someone there can help you.

p/s: lots of runners are there too (at jpj office) just ask them about this and they might able "help" you with a small fees...

hold on, what was the reason they stopped you in the first place? coz JPJ wont simply know you are a P driver just because you dont display the sticker. or were you passing a roadblock?
but even if a roadblock, you must have been asked to stop by the side because you committed an offence (tinted windows/not wearing seat belt/ using handphone).

it's way too harsh though.. imagine someone borrows his/her parents' car less than a day then suddenly he/she cannot drive again for at least another year

Rules are rules. If you cannot adhere a simple rule, you aren't paying attention. That's is why it's called Probation which "P" stands for.

JPJ already state the rules.

"P" sticker is transferable from car to car. It's inexpensive. Whatever it is, there is no excuse not to display it if that is the rule.

I concur to the fact that, if it's too expensive for you to buy extra P stickers, or too much of a hassle for you to gently remove the P stickers from one car, and affix it to another car, or even a hassle for you to buy an extra pair of those cheap of P stickers [ during my time when I applied for my driving license and B1 bike riding license, there was no need for P stickers though ]..... then there is nothing much to say here.

I'm very sure you were reminded about the importance of those pair of red / white P stickers, and even the right size and where to place 'em, right?
