stupidbump, i dunno... mayb others can help u... mayb block duct? try direct bf for a few days n c if it goes away sometimes when i let it engorged for a long time, i had small lumps n i bf direct to make it go away...

qarezma, when ur breast feels soft n tender but that doesn't mean ur breast dun have anymore milk... they r nv emptied something i learnt the other day...
i read it's abt 15-20mins but if bf on demand, they would recommend u not to look at the clock or time ur bf... just let the baby lead... like my boy, if he doesn't want to bf he'll nv suck n ran away even i try to put my nipple into his mouth... but when he wanna bf he'll come to me naturally

phythia, how do u get thru the teething period? i tried to tell my boy it's painful, gently slap his cheek when he bite, pull out the nipple when he bite, give him his teething toy before feed/suck, etc... but he still bites...

phythia, bite ur clothes he only stop biting if he wanna nurse to sleep or feed... but he's not treating u as pacifier rite?

Mommy_2011, my boy oso got no teeth... it's painful before but not as painful as this time... so i know this time he's teething

1) i used to pump for 20-30mins at work... usually will get abt 2-3 let downs sometimes good time 4 let downs... but i was using double pumping... if single i pumped one side 20mins then change the other 20mins...

2 & 3) nv tried... perhaps u can try ask ask in the bf network?

4) just like phythia said... if u're at work just use hot water to clean first then sterilize when u're at home...
