It means record with a metronome that has some guitar accompaniment, basically just prepare before you go into the studio to record your drum track. The more experience you have the better you get its as simple as that

Yean i've heard of it and in fact i remember some shop brought it down. But heard the quality isnt as up to par as the PDP or even Maxtone kits, sells much more expensive too.

Please do not get Rhythm traveller if you do not know how to tune drums. It's by far the the hardest tuning drum ever, probably also due to the skin that comes with the drum. Besides that if you're a touring drummer then you should look into portable kits. Why buy a drum that is half the size and sells double of an original kit? IMHO if we're talking abt portable kits, Yamaha's Manu Katche and Sonor's jungle kit offers the best spec, never Pearl.

Nice Setup Namqul, you bass drum beater are pretty close to the drumhead. I found it hard to play 32nd notes w/ accents too close to the drum head. But of course the speed you get from that is mind blowing.
