I think I would not go for YES.
They just compare with the rate that advance to them but hide those where cannot compete . Another AMAX ,P1 WIMAX ..... |

QUOTE(hsyong @ Nov 19 2010, 08:15 PM) I mean I already have Streamyx fixed line... planning to register YES as a spare and occasional use (only if the RM30 monthly can be carried forward without expiry ?? ) Base on your situation, I found out XOX hybrid have better deal.Paying RM30 per month is OKAY.. but can the credit be accumulated and carried forward without expiry?? Anyone can confirm? |

QUOTE(dnts1976 @ Nov 19 2010, 08:46 PM) if not mistaken, u dun need to use RM30 every month, but u have to reload RM30 every month.. This is what they told.u dun use, then bring to next month, mean after 10 months, you had reloaded RM300, u used RM0, then u got balance RM300.. correct me if i'm wrong... TQ Base on their last launch on 1Utama with radio 988. |

QUOTE(digilife @ Nov 19 2010, 09:15 PM) the 3GB for rm67.50 really fried the competitor by the nose and horns Frankly, since YES describe them is 4G, why still take 3G and 3.5G to compete?now Maxis,Digi and Celcom will hav to repackage their offerings, only UM is spared I think they should go compare Izzi,Amax,P1 Wimax, Jaring Wimax .Airzed |

QUOTE(digilife @ Nov 19 2010, 09:36 PM) i am comparing rm67.50 to rm68.00, maxis rm68 for 3GB, celcom rm68 for speed of 384 kbps and Digi rm68 for EDGE speed anyway, think another way and remember what our minister always said in Parliament. Please do not bring Apple and Orange come to compare. Therefore, with RM67.50 may be you can get 100 of apple and RM68 will be 80 oranges. Quantity of nutritious also different. |

QUOTE(razornick22 @ Nov 19 2010, 10:20 PM) Wimax is long existed when Time got Webbit service. Jaring (2004) is an excellent Wimax service with their exclusive 2.5ghz radio frequency which less interference and more reliable and stable then P1 Wimax 2.3ghz. |

QUOTE(ciohbu @ Nov 19 2010, 10:57 PM) Oh, It really what am I thought earlier. They have their device and therefore they no need use SIM where is use the Device ID to authenticate user where just as P1 Modem does. Anyway , GSM /WCDMA network has been long in used and develop many year and establish to world coverage. The running cost and equipment is a bit cheaper compare to wimax .User can freely roaming from oversea . What a good news, the 42mbps is available. With those advantages, I guess WIMAX still cannot compete. |
