Anyone know what does "other persona Id" mean? I try calling their costumer servis but it seems they won't help you until it is 9am on weekend.

Hmmm I think YTL is just rushing out this YES product to meet the date line the goverment sets for them.

Some sales person i meet yesterday at the launch at Lot 10 look like part time to me. When trying to get some info about about pricing and rebate system, one of them have the cheek to ask me and friend to check for it on the net.

I mean WTF??!!! I come to the launching so that i can get some frikin info about a product from the net ?

Lol they told me they temperory shut down their website from outside. Only can connect using their pc at the launch.... Even their coverage checking devices is lousy without a legend and they are using white, light grey and darker gey as indication. Why use grey when they can use blue or some other colour (since blue is the colour of their YES logo).

^^ call them at 9am sharp. Good news!! their YEScare personal come to work on time. But they too can't help much cos they also cannot access their own website this morning

Anyone know of any yes number I can use? The person incharge of the product is dumb enuf not to provide a list of available tel number to the yescare center. Than what's the point of yescare those stupid dam ass.

If you guys have not purchase this yet, i would advise not to buy this product. According to the YEScare center, every month minnimum have to topup RM30. Lets say you need to RM45 and you top up RM50 RM5 will be forfeited at the end of the month. WTF!!! I think I will go back to DIGI than. At the launch i check the speed is 4 to 5 mbs now at home i am getting 2.5mbs dl speed. THIS IS ALL A GODAM SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
