In Digi, even if you have reported to their CEO/Telenor.... they will ignore too... I even called to their head of customer, he was being rude to me in the phone and call get hang up...

it's their system problem...

In my bill, there is charges like:

24secs = RM4.50
26secs = RM3.00

strange system...

Digi is somehow different that other telco. Other telco is being reasonable to waive the necessary..

For Digi, once you have sign the plan. They will ask you to either continue with the plan, or you cancel the plan but u still have to pay for all the charges(even the charges are not right)... I ask them to explain, they cannot explain also... just ask me to take it or leave it:)

Sweetpuff, I agree with you that @MNet should consider to censor the name/address.

By the way, I am very pity to this person. As far as I know, he was upset that the bill shoot up so high and it took him at least 1 month to get issue resolved. During that 1 month time, he did not get any positive update from Digi on the progress. His line get barred but monthly charges (RM150) still imposed to his bill. So basically he is paying money but cannot use the services. When he called Digi, everyone just tell him that it is under investigation and no one give him the timeframe as in when will it get resolved. <This is what I always called "Bad Customer Experience>

To me, Digi always does thing in re-active rather than pro-active. If a little effort can be done such as <Good follow up/Courtesy>, I bet Digi can be the best Telco in M'sia. You may need to advice your top bosses to see how Telenor running their services in Europe. It has some different tho. Do feel free to let me know if you want me to share more about "Customer Centric"...
