Here's how it is:
Applied for Samsung Galaxy S package on the 18th of Oct.
Life span - 1 week.
According to Maxis, my data plan only starts on 21th of Oct, so basically I used Maxis 3G on 18th to 20th using their normal rate.
I asked for numbers and she told me I used 234MB and it costs RM1000+. But max billed is RM250 so that's what I am getting.
First off, I was not informed.
Secondly, it is impossible for me to use that much on a phone which never been to Youtube or any movie sites before (so far), and most of the time using wi-fi at home.
Thirdly, I am in an area without 3G, I am getting EDGE at best and 3G in town.
So, WTF?
Barred my line twice, billed me wrongly and was so arrogant to immediately cut me when I am speaking and say iPhone is known to have errors in data reading bla bla bla.
F u Maxis.
Everyone with the same problems, please do share how you solve this? Need help here.
