look like ATI 6900 series performance really disappointed, not worth for those have 5800 series upgrade to 6900 series, the performance boost not much.

frame rate not sure, but smooth, then suddenly lagging then smooth again, this should either game or driver issue i think.

What is your current processor? Another user with COD: BO problem is running dual core.
*
Dual core for sure for many games lagging now, i use Quad core also same when COD Black OPS, i saw in COD forum ppl confirmed is game issue, maybe this have to wait for next patch.

stop the disappointment
here review of hd6900 using catalyst 10.10, most likely 10.11 driver are buggy
http://www.tweaktown.com/reviews/3735/sapp...card/index.html
even power coonsumption and temperature are good
here using 10.12beta,those 10.11 driver are not suitable for hd6900 series
http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum/hardw...-review-13.html

i think so, i saw some website previews said 6970 faster then gtx580 but some said not... make me blur blur too, maybe is because the driver not yet fully optimize the new card. new card always have issue with driver.
