I just realised my HD5770 is throttling sometimes (it's not even hot only 4X-5X celcius). I tried 10.11, 10.12 from AMD.. now using ASUS (Got scaling problem for games..)..
Now I notice performance isn't up to what it's supposed to do.. usually 3dmarvantage gives 9k gpu score.. now only 7.8k gpu score..
Anyone have any idea what's going on?
Maybe someone can update me on clean installs..
What I normally do is:
-Uninstall all ATi/AMD Driver
-Reboot in Safe Mode use Driver Sweeper
-Reboot Normally and Install..

Don't reboot if asked by cleaners.
4. [Display Adapters] Again open Device Manager, right-click the Display Adapters> Uninstall them. Then right-click "Scan for hardware changes". Reboot in Normal Mode.
5. Install all your new drivers. Reboot.

My issue is worser than yours I guess. stock clocks also can throttle.. LOL now worser 3dmarkvantage shows me 4.5k that's half of what the card supposed to do whihc is about 9k!.. haven't do the clean install method.. do it tonite..

Ok guys this is rather disturbing, I just noticed(heard) my graphics card making buzzing sound when on load (playing BFBC2). This never happened before.. hmm.. buzzing+abit of crackling.. kinda scary..
Anyone have any idea what's the problem?
