Juz wanna ask noob questions here:
1. Im now using HD4870...and i want to upgrade to let say HD5000 and HD6000 series...the slot is still same right? 2. Is there much power different between them(mentioned above)..i scared my psu not enough...  |

how much is HD6850 and HD5970? which is more worth it? I just want to game with max setting...no 3D fancy thing...no multiple desktop. Or recommend me good GPU priced around RM700~RM800...

Thanks for the quick reply,
In your opinion...is it worth to upgrade from 4870 to 6870? Im planning to play games like Crysis2, Deadspace2...not sure my 4870 would be able to play at max setting... I tried max on Crysis 1 and SplinterCell:conviction...lags very bad...so im thinking of upgrading.. |

Crysis 2 graphics suck compared to Crysis 1? I couldnt even max out on Crysis 1 using my 4870.. Ok then... I try to find 6870 if possible..
btw another out topic question: WIll my new set up ie: 6870 + 4gb ddr3 bottle neck my AMD Phenom 2 x3 720? |

so its not my GPU problem? I will spend most my time playing SC2..once i bought it. SC2 MAX setting should be fine right? HD4870 with 1600x900 reso..

I checked..its 710...not 720...sorry for the mistake. I am soon gonna build a desktop for my mom at home. So im thinking giving her my Processor and GPU...any good recommendation now? best bang for the buck

Hey guys, wht is the best upgrade from HD4870(1gb)? price around maybe 500..no more than 550. Wanted the 6870..but over the budget T.T Pls recommend me...i don mind NVIDIA also.
