Slightly different name actually.
Damansara Damai = Armanee Condo
Damansara Perdana = Armanee Terrace (got 1 & 2)

All units duplex here.
Maintenance fees should be low, maybe 0.20 psf still coz density on the high side.

Anyway, main issue here is the strata title. As long as it is still under master title, the longer it's not resolved, value will depreciate as will have fewer and fewer banks willing to give out loan/refinance/etc.

Yeah no access towards Sri Damansara.
Better choice to stay further up front towards the only source of entrance/exit road like The Zizz or One Damansara.
Or better still, stay at Sri Damansara straight.

The Zizz got big size unit too 1228sqft.
One Damansara corner unit also big size 1450sqft.
4 rooms and yes can get at below 600k.

At Bandar Sri Damansara not sure. Maybe Damansara Foresta the only big size choices there or landed houses there. Both options i guess wont get at below 600k.

Yes Sphere Damansara also got 1200sqft size unit. 3 bedroom. However the project was sold expensively VS Damansara Damai average psf pricing for condo. So not sure whether you can get any good pricing from the subsale market. I mean owner that willing to let go below their bought price.

There is a new road will be opened soon straight into the road to Sg Buloh toll. Built as part of the MRT construction. At Jalan PJU 10/10G.

No idea where is Saujana Damansara. Only got Saujana Apartment. Or do you mean Sutera Damansara?

Still under master title.
No info for bank financing. But i guess will still have banks out there giving out 90% loan. Far worse project by the same developer (MK Land) such as Flora Damansara still able to mark up loan up to 300k value but actual agreeable sale value is around 220k or below only.

Should be not more than 1 hour journey time heading towards Selayang during peak hour.
But do take note that still got upcoming project: Diaz and Suasana Damai to add into the traffic inside in the future.
Maybe is best to rent first before deciding to buy or not.
