i though ur condition is corner unit...if u can take up other type...then u can slowly look for cheaper price...
lower floor u can get it within 250-380....so 400K is fully furnish? any renovation done?

Last 2 week, i saw all the wardrobe return back due to staircase issues from B12A, your unit?

Nothing wrong on staircase, just the walk spaces is small.
And u may not able to carry up the big furniture.
