i bought recycle hood with ur dad (thomas) last month, now im asking the contractor to pull extra socket for hood and hob. May I know what's the best practise for support the wiring part ?

Should it be like air-con switch, no socket needed but just a switch to control on/off will do, for example like our light switch, so the wiring will directly connect to the switch itself. I am unable to find any reliable source from internet. Appreciate your help ! Thanks
