Not bad articulations, despite all the bulky armors attached. Feel like getting one now...

And comparison between the earlier HG 1/144 Gouf Custom (left) and the recent one (right).

QUOTE(area88micky @ Nov 16 2010, 10:01 AM) Anyone knows what the next RG after Char's Zaku will be ? Bandai could take the easy route and milk the molds for the G-3, RX-78-CA or just the normal F type Zaku II. No one knows for sure. But i think they have two paths to choose from:
Milking Path - I'm guessing a GM, followed by the green Zaku II, RX-78-3, and Gouf. Non-milking Path - Perhaps a Nu, Sazabi, Zeta, and RX-178 Mk II.
-----------
How the PG compares to the 1/60 LE:

I dunno why, but i think the LE looks better overall. This post has been edited by Parody: Nov 16 2010, 05:54 PM

I don't remember if there was any SHCM Black Tri Star Zaku II. Perhaps you meant MSIA?
--------
And here's something as good as (or even better than) Black Tri Star, the SCZ F2000.

QUOTE(zieraq @ Nov 19 2010, 11:03 AM) another vote for fixed hand ala MG victory & wing Yup. Smaller sized kits are better off with fixed hands.
QUOTE(nazrul90 @ Nov 19 2010, 02:14 PM) i wonder how much MG Quanta 's LED cost? There's actually a small slip included inside the manual to purchase the LED where the price was mentioned. I'm thinking it should be same like GN-X's; 700 yen. Or buy an LED here which costs less than 20 cents.

PG SF's inner frame. Nothing to shout about.

PG SF compared to PG 00.

As far as details go, PG 00 wins hands down.

QUOTE(Harddisk @ Nov 22 2010, 06:59 PM) You can't be serious, right? Strip off the armour plates from PG SF and re-compare again. I dare you to rephrase that line. I see through that little trick of yours. You want me to buy both the PGs and compare the inner frames!
Nuh-uh. Not gonna happen, you Bandai marketer you!

QUOTE(Vorador @ Nov 22 2010, 11:21 PM) I think really something wrong with you, after so long absent here i check back the old thread, i noticed you non stop posting some PG-SF bashing posts. Ya it's not wrong to do this, but it's very pity to be sour plum like this. Err... sour plum?
If you meant sour grapes, then i'm not. I got the money to buy PG SF, but i just don't feel that it's worth it. It's better off spent elsewhere.
And about the bashing part, aesthetics is very subjective. I just don't find that it deserves to be called a PERFECT Grade, compared to the recent Gunpla quality.
I'm not some mindless zombie who'll scoop up everthing that Bandai produces and say that it's good. It's part of being human. We THINK.
Have you never in your life saw a Gundam and thought to yourself... "Man, that's fugly"?.
You might think it's awesome, so who's stopping you from getting one? Don't let my opinions hold you back, my friend.
Aaanyway, here something for the laughs. No offense intended.

QUOTE(blinky_w @ Nov 24 2010, 03:46 PM) Just want to check with you guy, RG zaku have been released on some toy website... but there are 2 different version , Gundam RG 1/144 MS-06S Zaku II with HK Bandai Limited Base Price: USD 30.00 Gundam RG 1/144 MS-06S Zaku II Price: USD 26.00 I never heard or seen anything about the limited base. Don't tell me it's just an Action Base 2
---------
I remember nazrul90 was asking about the price for MG Qan[T]'s LED. Dalong.net shows it's the same like GN-X's, 700 yen.

For those not in the know yet, Dalong.net has reviewed HG 1/144 Gouf Custom and HG 1/144 SCZ F2000.

QUOTE(blinky_w @ Nov 25 2010, 08:14 AM) Myb it could be the same as RG gundam base.... the only picture on the website show this... so i can't really know what kinda base is that » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « QUOTE(takara @ Nov 25 2010, 10:25 AM) Wow, judging from the picture, it's a base just like 1/1 Statue in Shizuoka, in red color, instead of blue. Wahh, nice one. Yup, it would be cool if you had the RX-78-2 version so can put side by side but i personally don't think it's worth the extra USD6.
QUOTE(nazrul90 @ Nov 25 2010, 10:12 AM) so when MG 00 Raiser release soon,be prepare for extra money for LED You need 3 LEDs (700yen X3 = 2100yen)
QUOTE(MyKy44 @ Nov 25 2010, 01:50 PM) has anyone posted this yet? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « still skeptical about whether the joints can support the big heads or not I posted this in the Digimon thread but no reception.
As for the joints, my answer would be a big no. Just check out the instruction manual. The assembly process is as simple as NG 1/100. And you know how "well" NG 1/100 joints hold up.

QUOTE(Klyriyon @ Nov 25 2010, 07:19 PM) I heard some reviews that the 00Q MG isn't good as it seems. Lose joints and apparently parts are easily will pop right off. Not to mention it's hard to pose it. I already knew that would happen from just looking at the manual.
And the worst part is you know what? MG 00R or MG 00SS (wishful thinking!) would most probably inherit those problems.

On a side note: this guy's looking real good.

QUOTE(Silverfire @ Nov 25 2010, 10:52 PM) Anyone wanna get anything from HLJ? I'm getting a GFFN ReZEL and hopes that someone here wanna share the postage fee with me. It's not like HLJ is giving big discounts on that kit. It would be cheaper to get it locally.

QUOTE(afsarudy @ Nov 26 2010, 10:55 AM) Is it worthed to buy the MG 00 Qan [T] now? Is it more worthed if I wait till Bandai come out with the Full Saver Sword Version? Really confuse now. Wanna buy the MG 00 Qan [T] at Sg Wang now or wait till the Full Saver Version come out. I thought you guys would've learnt a bit or two from NK's blog...
So here is my runner analysis for those who don't know how yet.
» Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «
We can see the 3 runners are gated. So obviously Bandai is planning some variation for MG 00Q, which until recently only has ONE variation: the Full Saber version.
It's hard to see the gates on the "I2" runner because Dalong.net took a picture of the runner's back.
Another variation which is pretty obvious is the runner labelled "GN Frame" which is to be shared by none other than MG 00R.
Unless Bandai scraps the plan, we WILL be getting a variation as the runners are prepared for it.

QUOTE(stevenxsteve @ Nov 26 2010, 05:54 PM) wow thumbs up ! btw where u bought this kit (omegamon) ? and how much was it (RM) ? Most local toy shops have it. Should be around RM137~RM154.
But if i were you, i would wait for big discounts because this kit isn't that popular (at least in Japan).
