Go to Putrajaya hospital and get the FPP plan. The room is private room and the sleeping chair is excellent. You have your own fridge, TV, water dispenser, toilet and everything you need inside your own room. Even have couch for visitors in the room. Overall you only pay about RM2800 for Csec.

Does not matter the address. Just register yourself to putrajaya.

My wife deliver our first babies which is twins in Putrajaya hospital. I have to say they are bloody good. A lot of private hospital like Sunday or Columbia cannot even match them. The price is only 1/3 of private hospital. Just one reminder every doctors in Malaysia are train in government hospital before they are allow to practice privately. Do consider.

QUOTE(alexng2208 @ Nov 4 2013, 10:39 AM) but its not easy to get registered into putrajaya hospital right? Is just one time trouble. You need to go the local government clinic to register first. Then once you have the record you can request where you want to deliver. You only pay 3k deposit when you admit to hospital during deliver day. Normally the cost is less than 3k for c-sec. My wife opt for c-sec and total cost is 2.8k. You will stay in 1 bed room with full facility like fridge, TV, sofa bedand we need to pay upfront 3k or 5k? |

You need to go to putrajaya at least few months before delivery. Register yourself there and pick the doctor you want. The doctor will ask you to do monthly check up in putrajaya.

Yes is FPP. Not sure about Serdang but Putrajaya is very good. The facility and the doctors are excellent. I especially have to say that their nurse is extremely helpful

Need the pink card first then go to register for FPP. When you register for pink card you must tell them you want to go to putrajaya for delivery. They will give you a letter to register at putrajaya. You can go to the website to get more details

delivery was by C-sec. Epidural was given after to reduce pain from the c-sec. It helps a lot

Is better to get the doctor from the hospital Putrajaya to do the regular check up as the doctor will be the one delivering the baby. Anyway, you can get 4D scan for free in Putrajaya.

Oh I see. What I did was go to private gynae outside for monthly check up still while also getting check up from Putrajaya hospital. Is kind of like having double check up. Just to have peace of mind. Of course will be more cost as well. For my case, is being paid by company so is ok.
