1. I do not condone the usage of MLM products whether Amway or Nutrilite or Uptrend or Elken or whatever the heck these companies are naming themselves right now because you're actually paying for the marketing, the referrals, the down lines before you get the final product. No matter what they say about how stringent their manufacturing process is, I do NOT believe them, because all companies are out there to make a profit out of the ridiculously lucrative health market, especially not one which company's main income comes from registering new members.
2. Between soy and milk and protein shakes and a piece of steak, I'll choose the shake and then the steak. Fast digesting protein, followed by high amino acid and healthy grass fed beef. Soy's just too expensive because of the lack of quantity (if compared against whey) thus resulting in inefficient E.O.S., and milk is just ridiculously fcuking expensive in Malaysia it turns retarded to drink milk.
3. Soy based protein, is the extraction of the protein from the bean. Why the devil do you want to go through the trouble of squeezing tiny bits of protein, out of a bloody seed, when you can get tonnes more out of the deposits of milk after cheese has been processed in the form of whey? Whey's a byproduct. Soy based protein, ISN'T. Byproduct=Cheap. Main product=Not cheap.
Conclusion? If you don't have some sort of allergy to whey protein, go with the whey protein you see out there. Between you and me, the bulk of whey this world uses, comes from New Zealand, US and IIRC, Netherlands. And c'mon, please....don't be suckered by MLM companies. I've joined one before, and upon studying the business model further and looking beyond the motivational speakers, they still propagate one thing. SELL THE MEMBERSHIP, SO THEY CAN BUY OVERPRICED SUPPLEMENTS FROM US!
Honestly...mass production kills quality. For truly high quality products, rear a cow, feed it, go milk the cow's nipples. I'm giving you two extremes. You'll just have to stick in the middle path.

So if one were to buy a soy milk drink, or low fat milk like HL, or a tub of Whey, it would be better to get Whey as a regular drink?
Thanks.
