So you have lactose intolerance, this means you can't drink milk. WRONG!

Ever hear of Lactaid? If you haven't click here to learn more. Lactaid is milk that doesn't have any lactose in it, so you can drink it without any problems. You can also buy lactase droplets or tablets, and then put them into your milk.

No more excuses now, go buy some milk.

losing weight doesnt mean u will lose bodyfat.. but losing weight also = losing muscle mass but not losing bodyfat. so losing bodyfat is the most important and not your weight!!

i'm not sure how many lactose intolerant ppl out there are willing to take lactaid just to drink milk. I am not dismissing the benefits of milk, but to ask everyone to stop drinking whey n go for milk is abit premature. it's a solution to take lactaid but whether it's practical or not i'm not quite sure.
